Yes. Hotels.com offers promotional coupons: some are codes you enter at checkout, and others can be saved to your account from an email. Newsletter subscribers receive discount codes, and every Hotels.com code we list is at the top of this page.

On the payment page. Choose your hotel, select Reserve and pick Pay Now. Then, under Price details, select "Use a coupon or gift card" and choose "Use a coupon". Type the code in the Coupon code box and select Apply. To use a coupon saved to your account, select "Sign in to use a coupon in your account". The discounted total shows in your price details.

Go to the checkout page and look for "Apply a coupon" below the payment details and before your personal information. Enter the code and select Apply.

Hotels.com's help center lists the usual reasons: the booking is Pay Later or paid at the property (codes need Pay Now), the booking already exists, the code is for mobile or desktop only, or the code has expired. Big hotel chains such as Accor, Marriott and Hilton are usually excluded. If a message says your booking doesn't meet the code's rules, the Terms and Conditions link in the code's email explains which bookings qualify.
