How we verify coupons
A coupon site is only worth your time if the codes actually work. Here is exactly how the SaversPrice editorial team finds, tests, ranks and maintains every offer on the site — and how you help us keep it honest.
1. We source from everywhere
Our editorial team collects promo codes directly from brands, retailer newsletters, official affiliate feeds and the wider web — then pools them into one place so you do not have to hunt across a dozen tabs.
2. We confirm codes on the store's own site
Codes we can confirm on the retailer's own site carry the green Verified badge — we note any minimum-spend or eligibility rules and record the expiry date. Codes taken from public coupon feeds carry no badge, and each row tells you which of the two it is.
3. Real shoppers vote on what works
After revealing a code you can tell us whether it worked with a quick 👍 or 👎. That live success signal — combined with how recently a code was used — is exactly how we rank offers, so the most reliable ones rise to the top.
4. We re-check codes and record what happened
When we put a code through a real checkout we record the date, the basket total and the outcome, and that record is published on the code itself — including the times it did not work. We do not show a page-wide "last checked" date: it would cover codes it never applied to.
5. We remove expired codes fast
When a code stops working or a sale ends, it comes down — moved to the "Expired" tab or removed entirely — so the live list stays trustworthy.
