Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase when the piece is in perfect condition, with the certificate of authenticity and the sales receipt. Yes. Within 30 days you can exchange at any TOUS store worldwide, except department store, airport and multi-brand counters, which only exchange items bought there. Bring the certificate of authenticity and the receipt.

TOUS aims to process refunds within 10 business days of receiving your return and emails you when it does. Allow another 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer, and the refund goes back to your original payment method.

Two years against manufacturing defects. Damage from use or misuse is not covered. Members of the MYTOUS program at the time of purchase get one more year, for three years in total from delivery.
