How to get TOUS's 10% welcome code

Enter your email in the newsletter box at the bottom of tous.com and select Subscribe. TOUS gives new subscribers 10% off their first purchase, or 15% off purchases of $250 or more. Because the bigger discount starts at $250, it is worth saving the code for your largest basket: two pieces you were going to buy anyway may take you over the line.

Where to enter a TOUS discount code

1. Add your pieces to the cart. Log in first if you are a MYTOUS member, so you earn gems.
2. In the cart's order summary, open "Do you have a discount code?".
3. Type your code in the Discount code box and select Apply.
4. Check the total, then select Checkout.

The same summary shows any running promotion at the top, "MyTous advantages" with the gems your purchase earns, and "Is it a gift?" for a personalized message.

TOUS promotions and their rules

TOUS runs dated promotions that apply in the cart. From October 19 to 25, 2026, it is 10% off 2 or more selected jewelry pieces. Its terms are typical of TOUS promotions:

• Jewelry items only.
• Excludes the SUOT and Atelier collections, already discounted products and special orders.
• Outlet products are excluded.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions.

Special Prices and the outlet

TOUS's Special Prices section lists markdowns on selected jewelry, bags and accessories, which you can filter by 20%, 30% and 40% off. The accessories outlet has bags and accessories with many over 50% off. No code is needed, but remember that discounted items are final sale, so check the size and color before you buy.

MYTOUS: gems, levels and a longer warranty

MYTOUS is TOUS's free loyalty club. You join on tous.com, in the app or in a store with your email address, and use the same email everywhere so your gems add up.

How you earn	Gems
Every $1 spent in TOUS stores or online	1
Registering, and each anniversary in the program	15
Subscribing to messages, and your birthday	10

Members also get a gift on their birthday, access to pre-sales and experiences, and a third year of warranty on jewelry bought while they are members. Is TOUS real gold? A quick materials guide

TOUS sells three kinds of metal, and the product page always says which one you are buying:

• 18kt gold, hallmarked 750/000, for solid gold pieces.
• 18kt gold plating over silver, a layer of 18kt gold on a sterling silver base.
• Sterling silver, hallmarked 925/000.

TOUS's pieces carry the hallmarks set by Spanish law, applied by laboratories accredited by ENAC, and every jewelry piece comes with a certificate of authenticity. TOUS has been an audited member of the Responsible Jewellery Council since 2020, and offers a digital certificate tracing a piece from metal recycling to delivery. Its range also includes pearls, gemstones, natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds, such as the TOUS LAB Diamonds collection.

Paying for TOUS

TOUS accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and you can pay later or in installments with Afterpay, Klarna or PayPal. Your card is authorized when you order and charged when the order ships.

The story behind the bear

The Tous family's history as jewelers began in 1920. In the 1960s Salvador Tous took over his father's workshop, and with his wife, Rosa Oriol Tous, the business grew. In 1985 Rosa created the teddy bear pendant: a bold move that made TOUS a Spanish pop culture icon. The bear, affectionately called Oso, is still the heart of the brand and has been celebrated in the Barcelona Design Museum.
