How Noom subscription pricing works

Noom sells subscriptions on introductory trial pricing that converts to a full plan rate, and the conversion is where most complaints originate. The trial is genuinely cheap; the plan that follows is billed at standard pricing for the term you selected.

1. 1

Find the rate the trial converts to

Trial pricing is introductory. The plan rate that follows and the term you committed to are the numbers that decide the real cost.

2. 2

Check the plan length you are selecting

Longer plans are billed upfront in many cases. The advertised monthly figure frequently assumes a multi-month commitment.

3. 3

Cancel before conversion if you are unsure

Trials convert automatically. Deciding before that date is the only reliable way to avoid the full charge.

4. 4

   Apply any code at sign-up

The field appears in the sign-up flow before payment, so an active subscription usually has nowhere to enter one.
