DHgate's best discounts are coupons you claim and stack, rather than codes you type. Used the right way, a first order can combine a new-user coupon, a seller coupon and new-user pricing. This guide explains how, with every rule taken from DHgate's own site.

The $36 new-user coupon pack
After you sign up, DHgate's New User Zone offers a pack of six coupons worth $36 in total. Each has a minimum order:
| Coupon | Minimum order |
|---|---|
| $3 off | $45 |
| $4 off | $60 |
| $5 off | $75 |
| $6 off | $90 |
| $8 off | $100 |
| $10 off | $500 |
The rules
- The pack is for registered users who have never placed an order on DHgate.
- One coupon from the pack per order.
- Pack coupons can be combined with seller coupons.
- One pack per registered user and device, first come, first served.
How to stack DHgate savings
- Claim the pack in the New User Zone with "Get All $36".
- Shop new-user prices: the New User Zone shows prices of up to 90% off, and new buyers get 7 days of VIP-exclusive discounted items.
- Add a seller coupon: product listings show store coupons such as $2 off $35+.
- Use the one pack coupon whose minimum your order reaches.
Other ways to save
- Flash Deals with limited-time prices across categories.
- Service icons on product pages for Free Shipping, On Time Guarantee, Refund for No Delivery and Free Return on qualifying items.
- The DHgate app, which DHgate promotes as a way to save more.
- The Bulk Saver Hub for buying in bulk.
How DHgate protects your order
- Your payment is held: you pay DHgate, the seller ships, you check the package, and then DHgate pays the seller.
- Refund for no delivery: if an order is not shipped or not received by its estimated delivery date.
- Incorrect items: report within 21 days of receipt; if it is the seller's fault, return it for a refund or get a refund without returning it.
- Green Shipping Protection in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany and the Netherlands: a platform refund for lost, delayed or damaged packages, plus insurance compensation.
First-order perks
New buyers get a fast refund if their first order misses its promised dispatch date. And if a first order over $3 is not delivered at the promised time, DHgate adds a compensation coupon ($2 off orders over $3, valid for 30 days) to the account, usually 72 hours after the promised delivery time.

Coupon research and editing
We are the people behind SaversPrice. We find codes and deals for hundreds of stores and check them on the retailer’s own site wherever we can, and the ones confirmed there carry a green Verified badge, so you can see at a glance which codes we checked. Offers come down once they expire or their sale ends, and when 6,000 stale coupons failed our check, we deleted them.
Found a code that doesn't work? Tell us and it comes down.
